Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to the most asked questions about immigrations consulting services in Canada.

Do you offer both in-person and online consultations?
Yes, KG Immigration provides in-person consultations for those located in Calgary, and online consultations for clients outside Calgary or Canada. As a regulated Canadian immigration consultant, we ensure accessibility to our services. Please book your consultation using our online booking form for efficient Canadian immigration services.
Am I allowed to bring my personal documents for review during our consultation?
Clients are expected to provide all necessary documentation related to their case prior to the consultation. This approach allows our immigration consulting services to be more efficient, ensuring that consultation time isn't spent solely on document review. However, for in-person consultations in Calgary, additional documents can be brought if they weren't provided earlier.
Will you be able to provide specific advice based on the documents I present?
As a professional immigration consultant, KG Immigration provides specific advice tailored to your case, based on the relevant documentation you provide. Our goal is to offer personalized immigration consulting services, addressing your unique immigration needs.
Is it possible to ask follow-up questions after our initial consultation?
Follow-up questions are permissible after the consultation. For comprehensive assistance, we suggest scheduling another session if you have more than two questions, ensuring thorough guidance from our immigration consultant team.
Do you provide ongoing support throughout the immigration process?
Yes, of course, I will be happy to guide throughout the whole process: from visa to Canadian citizenship.
Can you help me determine the most appropriate NOC code for my professional background?
Absolutely. This is a crucial point of every case. Correct NOC is the first step to creating the best strategy for your immigration process.
Are you a licensed and regulated Canadian immigration consultant?
Kateryna Grinshpon is a licensed and regulated Canadian immigration consultant, registered with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). This assures compliance with high standards of immigration consulting.
How much does it cost to get an immigration consultation and are there any additional fees?
Our immigration consultant fees for a consultation are CAD 157.5, payable before the consultation date. We maintain transparency with no hidden or additional fees, adhering to the ethical standards of immigration companies.
Do you assist in preparing for interviews or meetings with immigration officials?
Yes. Even though in-person interviews are rare in the post-COVID era, they still happen. If you were invited to talk with an immigration officer, do not stress over it. Together, we will prepare for the meeting.
Will you be able to represent me in front of Canadian immigration authorities if needed?
Yes, as a licensed RCIC-IRB, I can represent clients at hearings and appeal processes at Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada.
